How do you compress these things?!

Hey guys!
here with a question for you guys!
So I played ONE game and recorded it, but i rendered it and its 6gigs... its a .avi and its only 4 minutes long.
I'm using adobe aftereffects. what should I do to the rendering options to lessen the load and make it a logical size for youtube? It's seriously 4 minutes... and NO sound.

  7. I think your problem is that you were rendering as .avi, from my experience .avi is one of the larger video files.
